Delete your Xpensight account

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Open Account & privacy and select Delete account.
3. Review the data summary, type DELETE, and make the final confirmation.

Uninstalling the Xpensight mobile app does not delete your account.

Active application records, Xpensight-managed receipt files, account settings, tax records, and connected-service tokens are removed.

Deletion starts after confirmation. It may take time and may require a safe retry if a provider is temporarily unavailable.

Limited records may remain in backups, security or audit logs, or with billing providers where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes. Backup expiry and formal retention periods require product-owner review.

Xpensight revokes its Google connection when supported, but does not delete unrelated files or copies already created in your Google Drive.

Contact support to request manual deletion. Xpensight must verify your identity before acting; an email address alone is not enough.
